We had unreasonable expectations when we were house-hunting... enough space for 8 people, must have gas stove, home office, and good trees, NO HOA and of course, for 200k! Also, we were only interested in 2 of Round Rock's older neighborhoods. Lol. Anyway, Rich was patient and thought out-of-the-box, and we found exactly the home we needed (and could afford!)

Native Texan, Rich Bredahl, is a fantastic realtor and someone I highly recommend, especially for anyone who is new to the home buying or selling experience. He's responsive, an excellent communicator, and a natural problem solver (he used to work in the IT sector at UT Austin). There haven't been any questions he wasn't able to answer thoroughly.
